II. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and manage a technical team, ensuring project delivery on time and with high quality.
• Make strategic decisions on architecture and technology aligned with the company's needs.
• Actively participate in planning, requirements analysis, and system design.
• Mentor, guide, and support the skills development of team members.
• Ensure effective implementation of software development processes (Agile/Scrum).

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js, etc.).
• Experience with complex system architectures and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and security practices.
• Candidates with knowledge in API testing, databases (SQL), or Blockchain are preferred but not required.

IV. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

1. Salary
   • Gross salary: Negotiable up to $2500
   • Based on experience and actual capabilities.

2. Working Hours
   • 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
   • Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays
