II. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan testing activities and create detailed test cases.
• Execute software testing, report bugs, and follow up on bug fixes.
• Perform regression testing to ensure product quality.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Improve testing processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Test blockchain-related applications and systems to ensure security, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with the blockchain development team to identify critical test scenarios.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing.
• Proficient in testing methodologies and bug tracking tools.
• Understanding of software development processes.
• Experience in testing blockchain systems, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.

IV. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

1. Salary
   • Gross Salary: upto $1700
   • Negotiable based on actual experience and qualifications.
